Q. Does my ticket include food?
A. Yes, breakfast is provided Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and lunch is served Monday and Tuesday.

Q. Does my ticket include accomodations?
A. No, be sure to reserve a room at The Mayflower hotel or anywhere you prefer.

Q. What is Summit attire?
A. Business/Business Casual

Q. What is the conference internet code?
A. The code is NSLA2023

Q. Will there be food at the Opening reception?
A. Yes, we are providing light fare at the reception.

Q. What time is breakfast daily?
A. A hot breakfast buffet is served Monday and Tuesday at 8am and Wednesday at 8:30am. Due to the anticipated size of the conference, breakfast is served in multiple locations including: the front and back foyer of the second floor in the front and back foyer, Mezzanine, Cabinet foyer and Senate foyer.

Q. What time is lunch daily?
A. Plated lunch will be available at the conference, Monday and Tuesday at 12pm. We strive our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please note that lunch is not available on Wednesday.

Q. What time does the Exhibitor Innovation hall close?
A. Here are the daily exhibitor hall hours.
Monday, October 9 - 8:30 am - Noon and 1:30 - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, October 10 - 10:15 am - Noon and 2:00 - 4:30 pm
Wednesday, October 11 - 8:30 am - Noon

Q. Will speaker presentations and sessions be available post conference?
A. The 2023 conference will not be recorded.

Q. Am I able to attend virtually?
A. No, the NSLA conference is not available virtually.

Q. Can I just purchase tickets to one session?
A. Single session tickets are not available.

About The Mayflower Hotel

Q. Where are the best places to park during the conference?
A. Valet parking daily rate is $40. Overnight parking is $66.
Self parking is available at PMI Garage (202)785-9191 located at 1725 DeSales Street NW (maximum clearance is 6’ 6”). It is less than 1 minute from the hotel.

Q. Where are the restrooms located?
A. Beyond the concierge desk located on the lobby level, there will be a bathroom at the end of each hallway. Additionally, restrooms are located on the second floor where the majority of breakouts are taking place.

Q. Where can I get a map of the hotel meeting rooms?
A. A map of the hotel will be available at registration. You can experience a virtual tour of event spaces here.

Q. Is there an onsite lactation room?
A. Yes, an onsite lactation room will be available, pick up and return the key at the registration booths.

Q. Are there onsite dining options?
A. Yes, Edgar Bar & Kitchen is The Mayflower’s onsite dining experience:

Q. Is there an onsite business center?
A. No, but the hotel is located between three FedEx locations. Please see the registration desk for additional guidance.
